accommodates 30 users, and is helping the customer plan a major infrastructure upgrade. The systems not only run administration but the photographic process itself.
The academic year cycle results in tight deadlines so any failure, unless dealt with swiftly, could be catastrophic. The customer, while having a good knowledge
of specialist applications, is a non-IT specialist.
